PRODUCT DETAILS
Mintion Nozzle Camera (NZC) is specially designed with an auto-focus lens and two pieces of LEDs to observe the first layer printing for 3d printing. With this small tool, it will be helpful to understand how the filament is flowing, layer adhesion, and extrusion diagnosis. Cooperating with Obico, a well-known smart AI detection provider in the 3d printing industry, this nozzle camera will make it much easier to access Obico's First Layer AI Detection to have smart detection for your 3d printer. (The USB cable is included.)
We have designed two camera holders for Prusa i3 MK3S+ and Voron StealthBurner, which you can download from Printables.com directly.
Note: Mintion Nozzle camera is not a standalone product, if your printer is a Marlin system, then you need a Raspberry PI to run on Octoprint to use; if your printer is a Klipper system, then you can plug & play to use.

FAQs
Why do we make Mintion Nozzle Camera?
What printer should I use for this nozzle camera?
How shall I install the camera to my printer?
You can print the holder and screw the holder onto the hotend, and connect the USB to the Raspberry Pi board (Marlin) or Mainboard USB socket (Klipper), then the nozzle angle video feed will be shown.
Why it's only in 1080P resolution, not to 4K Resolution?
Secondly, the Raspberry Pi chipset is built with limited resource on handling with MJPEG video streaming, higher resolution means more exhaustion for chipset resources. 1080P resolution is almost the maximun it can handle with.
Finally, for First Layer AI Detection by Obico, 1080P image is enough to deal with; 4K resolution image maybe affected by network bandwith.
